- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to strengthen Ellie’s community presence.
- Manage and grow Ellie Mental Health’s social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Be an advocate for mental health awareness & access.
- Coordinate with schools, churches, non-profits, and referral partners to promote mental health services.
- Make in-person visits to current and prospective referral partners to build partnerships.
- Deliver engaging in-person presentations to organizations and community groups (public speaking is required).
- Proactively identify and secure opportunities for Ellie to participate in company wellness events, health fairs, community gatherings, presentation opportunities
- Coordinate local sponsorships with a focus on youth activities.
- Coordinate, set up, and manage informational booths at local events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to pull them into community outreach / engagement activities

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Psychology, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Active Grad students who are pursing a career in Mental/Behavioral Health are encouraged to apply.
- Articulate & eloquent public speaking / presentation skills
- Exposure to behavioral health services and marketing is highly valued.
- Strong administrative & organization skills.
- Social media management strongly preferred.
- A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
A current graduate student pursuing a career as a therapist or counselor, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
- Proficient with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Primary office location: Post Falls, Idaho
- Secondary location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
- Local travel required for community visits and events—reliable transportation is essential with clean driving record.
- Mileage reimbursement provided for approved work-related travel.
- Part-time, up to 25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling for community events and presentations, which will often occur outside standard business hours.
- Hourly $18 +/- per hour, plus expense & milage reimbursement

Company Structure
Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, which allows us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
Feeling blah doesn’t help employees stay motivated, engaged, or even in their jobs for a very long time! So we created a new model: one that puts flexibility, innovative decision-making, creativity, and our people first, while remaining a socially conscious and responsible for-profit business focused on changing how we treat mental health.
